Gayton Farm Camping and Caravanning Club Certified Site

The level grass site is at the heart of the farm with water, disposal point and electric hook ups. It also has two serviced pitches and we have excellent toilet, shower and washing up facilities. We're often praised on how modern, well appointed and clean they are.

We allow campfires in firepits which we can provide along with logs at £5 per bag.

There are views on two sides of the site over open farmland including pasture with ponies and livestock.

Local Activities

For wildlife lovers there is plenty to see from the site including, Barn owls, foxes, deer and plenty of farmland birds.

The river Cam is only a short walk away making it ideal for anglers.

For aeroplane lovers we are a few fields away from Marshalls Cambridge airport for some plane spotting and only 20 mins drive from Duxford Imperial War Museum with its numerous air shows.

Location

Close by are Wicken Fen, Anglesey Abbey, and the site is only 14 miles from The Fenland City of Ely.

We have easy access from the A14 nestled at the end of this attractive Cambridgeshire village, which benefits from two pubs, a garden centre and village pavilion.

4 miles from the centre of Cambridge with local buses, cycle routes, and a short drive or cycle to Waterbeach station.

"Excellent site. Toilet & showering facilities were fab. The site is very large & very quiet, so you have ample space to pitch up. There is a lovely pub within walking distance (about half a mile) where you can have a lovely meal (with your dog, if you have one)."
